Not worth it. The facilities are tired and run down. The staff have zero concern for the guests. The room was very hot with the ac on all night, loud and saying it was 60°. Clearly it wasn't. The shuttle from the airport came after waiting 90 minutes. Called the hotel and we were told it would be there at the top of the hour. Then called again after it didn't show. They said they were on their way and then denied we were told 'top of the hour'. Prompt 6am shuttle going to the airport. Spacious room.
Fair The cleanness in the whole hotel was poor, but our room was filthy. Floor wasn’t hovered, towels were washed but stained, including hair from someone else. Bedsheets were clean, this is why we stayed and it was only for one night. Location, close to the airport Breakfast was good Employees were friendly
disappointing awoke all throughout the night, either with the sound of the airplanes nearby or the A/C u it going on and off location

L’hôtel avait annulé notre réservation et nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue avec deux enfants de bas âges. Il était 3h du matin ils nous ont demandé d’attendre 15h pour une nouvelle réservation. Horrible We book 2 queens and end up getting a king. We have groups of 8 and needed it 2 queens and end up getting a king. We just need it for one night so we can catch the cruise. But very very disappointed I wouldn’t stay here for free. Very dirty
Won’t utilize again 2 of the rooms had no air conditioning and out room smelled like drugs Breakfast area was messy and crowded
Not what I expected I didn't like the fact of NO fridge or microwave in my room, description said microwave included. I assume it will have a small fridge as well, my mistake. There was no ice machine on my floor(3rd). There was a very serious problem when I got to the hotel to do check in; which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, but unfortunately it was late for me to leave the hotel with my child not knowing the area.
