I will never stay there again Everything. The room wasn’t clean, you couldn’t get clean towels, they enter our room without asking, and they was rude. The transportation was over two hours late picky us up from the airport It such a
Horrifying The service was terrible they wouldn’t let us watch the tv. The rooms and hallways have a mold smell and the breakfast was unacceptable NOTHING
Terrible - AVIOD !! Prostitutes wandering the corridor at night people smoking weed in the hotel- A/C not working properly in room- terribly grubby and old hotel felt unsafe travelling with family and young children. Terrible Nothing
I stayed here a few years back and it was nothing like this stay it was so much better back then The property was unkept.. shower was filthy and hair was in the bed and shower no extra towels could be given per staff because the hotel was full stated there were towels in the rooms already.staff was rude and I felt rushed at check in..
it was horrible. I will give them a bad rating. customer service was very rude. I would never stay there. nothing nasty, customer service was rude. We had to wait two hours for our shuttle. The customer service guy hung up in my face. They wouldn’t let us look at the TV. They said it was not working.
