Very Poor porque na hora do meu checking uma senhora que me atendeu estava toda confusa e pediu que passasse mei cartão duas vezes alegando que a primeira vez tinha dado um problema no sistema , só que fui cobrado duas vezes e na hora do checkout mostreis para ela no meu celular as duas cobranças e ela falou que para ela estava tudo certo então para outra funcionária e a mesma disse que falaria com a gerente, mas até agora não recebi nenhuma resposta, então mandei um e-mail para gere e até agora não recebi nenhuma resposta. ... read more

I would not go back. The only 3 staff were friendly were the front desk lady one cleaning lady and t We had to ask to clean room there were no towels available and your cleaning staff was not friendly. Except for one nice lady The staff and location
We will not be using this hotel again. Reception staff was very rude and upsetting. She gave us a hard time about our Visa which was her mistake not mine. She said the wrong card number was given and she now had to do a credit. Her mistake cost me almost $15.00 US. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
My stay was uncomfortable and very unpleasant will not stay here again! Have working door keys to rooms, have a clean pool, spray for cock roaches daily, Get rid of that horrible smell in the stair well. Early check-in
Evítelo a toda costa. Necesitamos 6 juegos de llaves para nuestra habitación, no funcionaban por lo tanto la puerta no abría. El hotel olía a cigarrillo. Los enchufes de la habitación no daban corriente. El desayuno no estaba listo a las 6 am. Una noche es demasiado para dormir en un hotel tan mediocre. Evítelo a toda costa.
great full for having a place to stay for the night but it needs to be cleaned and updated! carpet was damp, smelt muggy and biggest complaint was we found a cockroach in our bed as we were getting our stuff together to leave. also the whole facility needs to be vacuumed desperately. liked that breakfast was served and that they were able to take us on last minute as our flight was canceled.
Fair En la habitación habia mucho olor a marihuana, calculo que entraba por los conductos de aire. Solamente un solo ascensor estaba funcional, y se tenia que esperar un poco para poder subir. El desayunador muy pequeño, no había mesa disponible para desayunar y mucha gente muy pegada, no se respetaba el distanciamiento social. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era bastante cómoda. La ubicacion del hotel nos quedaba bien por estar cerca del aeropuerto. El desayuno estaba interesante!
