Disappointing Shuttle service stops at 6 pm although advetized until 11h pm in booking.com. I had written a message to hotel to inquire on shuttle and never got a reply. I arrived at 8h pm and was wairing do shuttle. As i did not got confirmation i called and was then informed it was not available. Friendly staff
I will not go back, nor will I recommend this hotel There were cockroach in the room. Awful! Breakfast was very poor, just a protein bar and a fruit.
Disappointed!! The rooms do not look The hotel needs a complete remodel. This was my second time using Booking.com and I will never use it again because the information is inaccurate. This hotel needs to be remodeled for guests. I was very disappointed!
Disappointing
Disappointing Phone and TV in our room didn't work. Got moved to new room and both beds sloped down to center (very noticeable before even getting in bed). No airport pick up even though I had an email that our arrival time would be no problem. Also, no transfer to Port of Miami even though email said it was available.
