Bad It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever encountered. There was a black beetle like bug in the bathroom. A dirty towel hanging from the fire extinguisher in the room. My boyfriend broke out in a rash after sleeping in the bed and they served us rotten fruit at the breakfast. Yes, rotting fruit. All of it was rotting and not just starting to turn bad, like it turned bad a week ago and why is it still here? Rotten. Very Poor Nothing is old fashion, and needs updating. Nothing to a customer conviency. Only a ice machine, the bathroom shower curtain rack look like it’s about to come off the wall and the WiFi does not work I did not enjoy my stay

Very Poor It was very difficult to find the hotel each time. I understand you have no control over the location at this point, but more can be done for guest to find the hotel. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. There was no ice machine on the floor. The breakfast consisted of small prepackaged muffins, orange, apple, packaged oatmeal, grits, etc. The juice/water machine was clogged. Therefore, you could not use it.
