Not worth it. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and wet mold. The front desk were not friendly and non responsive. The walls are paper thin. Overall the experience was a 2/10. Would never stay at a la Quinta again The beds were comfortable
Last minute booking Didn’t like the location, our room (sheets were dirty), there were sketchy people in the lobby and The gym and business center smells like urine! I will never stay here again! The lady who checked us in was amazing!
Bad The room is was given had the smallest hotel bed i have seen room was not clean and when i asked to change my room they refused. Also they served muffins and not breakfast as promised. I want my money back Nothing
Poor The cleanliness of the overall Hotel was poor and the Front entrance and halfway smelled Luke Marijuana
Worst place ever Everything There were people standing out front of the hotel, made me very uncomfortable. The hotel lightening was horrible lights were flickering and overall smell was bad. I went to my room and notice the smell got worst and smelled like mildew it was a nightmare. I was so uncomfortable being that I just got off a long flight to Miami I just wanted to relax. I called front desk and received a full refund immediately without questions so I’m happy about that. Please read reviews before booking to avoid this
We paid so much money for La Quinta to feel like we were staying in a 1.0 star hotel. The non- smoking area was still a smoking area. The bed sheets had stains on it when checked in when explained to front desk. There was nothing to do about it just give sheets. The hotel was overbooked and only had one person at front desk. No one was wearing a mask inside. We had to go find housekeeping for more towels because the hotel could not offer us any due to “not having any” according to staff member.
