Very Poor Everything!! First when checking in, I was given a room that other people were in already and they were shocked just like us and embarrassed!!! Had to go back and request another room, then that room stunk too🤢 Nothing at all!! To find the hotel was like going in a maze and in circles, kept getting lost.
Disappointing
Lots of hotels but no restaurants nearby Dingy and smelly, lots of repairs needed, dogs barking all night. In desperate need of a refresh, should attach a restaurant to the facility. Delivery menus shoved under door all day and night for businesses that don’t answer the phone, charge a crazy delivery fee, or tell you 45 minutes and try to deliver two hours later. Towels behind counter for pool are no bigger than a washcloth. Staff was friendly for the most part
The gentleman at the front desk reception was not only rude but racist The staff It was near all locations
Facilities The facility was not clean , the floors needed cleaning and the elevator was filthy . It was close to the airport

Poor Not clean, a pair of sunglasses and a phone were found in our room, the sink would not drain Our keys didn't work and we had them fix it to find out only 1 key ended up working Not much of a breakfast, there are things like cereal but there wasn't even any milk
Tristeza absoluta 5 días 4 noches y nunca hicieron aseo de la habitación, ni cambio de tendidos,. Desayuno continental que ofrecen, no es ningún desayuno continental Muy costoso con relación al pésimo servicio recibido Lo único de resaltar la amabilidad de la señora que nos recibió a la llegada Y la habitación cómoda
