Friendly Staff But Uncomfortable Lodging.. . The sheets were thin, the pillows were as firm as the bed, & the shower wouldn't stop dripping. Our room keys kept deactivating - My boyfriend had to climb over the pool fence to get back inside the hotel because it deactivated on us when we went to the hot tub. The hot tub was broken, & there were no signs telling us so, & I had been sitting in it for 15 minutes, waiting for it to warm up. Housekeeping & staff were very friendly & helpful. it was mediocre The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the cost for the room was way to EXPENSIVE for what was offered. Staff was accommodating

I will not stay at this place agan and don't recommend it to anyone. room was dirty, found dog food on the floor, bathroom door wouldn't close, toilet not flushing.

Terrible! Unfriendly staff. Room was extremely small for a two double bed room. Desk was positioned between between bed and wall. You could not even pull chair out. Breakfast was less than appealing. Probably the last time we use LaQuinta.

Just ok, not great. It seemed like the hotel was a little short staffed during the evening. Our bed linens were dirty and there was no one available to changed them. We picked up sheets from the front desk and when we got back to the room realized we were given the wrong size. Then we went back down to get the right size. The hotel looked as if it could have been cleaned with a little more effort. The bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The air conditioner made a loud noise when it was coming on and off. Great location for water park but not worth the money Hot tub was broke. Bugs in the room.Stains on sheets. Couch bed was broke. Could here animals barking. It was close to schlitterbaun.

Huge disappointment The overall stay was a huge disappointment. This hotel was dirty and smelled like mold and mildew in our room. The bathroom was dirty,like it gets wiped down, but hadn't had a real deep clean in a long time. The carpet is way past a deep cleaning and should be replaced. If I had a little baby, I wouldn't let him/her crawl on it. I was charged $100 a night, but for the conditions it feels like I should have only had to pay $50 a night.
