Hot Humid Hotel With NASTY TUBS!!!! Hair and stains in the bath tub Air conditions need to be updated in hotel rooms Main lobby no air. The ac unit in the lobby and hallways were set to 83 and it was very hot and humid. The elevator had a sour smell to it and made it smell bad The beds were comfortable

Close to river but that's it Bugs on bed, staff was not at front desk or on cell phone, sink was dirty, carpet felt like never been vacuumed Waffles were delicious, clean fluffy towels

Comfortable, but the bathrooms are in need of an update. The condition of the room. Frayed carpet, water stained porcelain fixtures, rusty hinges, no hooks or towel racks, need a shelf in the shower and the a/c was very noisy. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Location was good but the access was awkward.
It was fine, we’ve stayed at better. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. We had to get clean towels. Sometimes we had to wait on front desk workers. Easy access and pet friendly
Beds were very uncomfortable, the beds had a deep sway in the bed and was terrible on our backs Everything Nothing

Very Poor This Place Charged Me After I Canceled!
Never had a problem with your properties before this stay. No hot water. Dirty, crusty looking towel. No available manager to discuss our dissatisfaction with. Check out took an hour.
Fair Bugs in room and bed.
