Vacation 2019 The bed was very uncomfortable. The coffee was cold. The employee that was on staff when we checked in on October 24 was laughing out loud and on the phone for a while. Printer wasn't working. The location was great.

I do apologize for the bed being uncomfortable and the coffee being cold. I will look into what can be done about the beds since they are La Quinta standards. I will check who was working that day to see who is responsible for the coffee being cold and why she was so loud. Again we are sorry for what happened.

Disappointing Was in room with dogs all around us that were left unattended. Did not get any sleep at all due to barking all night long. Location
Okay There was a blood stain on the bed comforter and it still was not changed after the room was cleaned. When we called for another towel to be brought to the room the front desk told us we could come down and get it. Good location and fair price.
Horrible front desk service and had someone already in our room. Reserved a king bedroom online and once at the hotel and check in we headed to out room. Only to find once we places the key to enter, there was someone already in the room sleeping. Went back down stairs and was never told I'm sorry for the confusion or anything from the woman at the front desk. We do apologize for what happened during check in and with our staff. There was a issue in the system with our system is what showed the room was empty. I will personally talk to the guest that you encountered and take the proper measures to correct what happened.
Disappointing The stay was ok! The sofa bed hadn’t been changed and still had dirty sheets on it. The pool was dirty and the location wasn’t that great! In my opinion it wasn’t worth the money I paid!
My stay at this motel was not very comforable or safe feeling. The cleanliness of the room. My toilet was leaking the first night I got there which makes me question how housekeeping did not notice that and the safety latch was broken. If you did not slam the door it would push open. The location was very sketchy at night. I missed breakfast the first day not realizing it stops being served at 9.

Very Poor Horrible experience. Never staying at La Quinta again. They also charged my cc 4 times the amount. Nothing. It was terrible. Our grown sons had to sleep on the floor. We had a reservation for 5. I even wrote in told them we had 5 people.
