Pleasant Found 2 roaches in our room... didn’t want to eat the breakfast due to the roach issue. The hotel felt dark and cheap. No AC in the main hallways or elevator. Thankfully it worked in our room.... the hotel feels cheaply managed. Checking in was easy. Staff was courteous.

Poor The hotel was hot no air conditioning.. My room was hot also I was very uncomfortable eating breakfast in the heat. We ran out of toilet paper and the lady at front desk hand us 2 boxes of Kleenex she said they was out of toilet paper. The stay was so unpleasant I will never go back there again. Nothing the staff was so rude... And they also tell a bunch of lies the manager was never there to talk too. They even lied about coming to check the ac in the room it was just a very unpleasant stay.

Fair Room I was supposed to stay in was not cleaned properly. Back door to the pool was broken and locked us out. No privacy for the pool facing major road. It was hot in the hotel lobby the whole stay. And the noise was to much. Oh and second room, the same. The restroom was dirty. Break fast was ok.
Beware of the housekeepers steeling your valuable managers don't do anything about it beware!! Housekeeper take your valuables from room.. my grandson Nintendo switch was taking from room Clean room breakfast looks good
Management needs attention Not very clean, shower curtain was about to fall off, and my truck got the window smashed in and items stolen. Along with 3 other trucks. Manager was less than helpful. The police came and during the interview the officer said that this happens all the time. If it happens all the time why isn't there security? Anyway bad experience and will never stay in a La Quinta again. Receptionist was nice. Breakfast was free.

Fair Please see above. The bed was hard as a rock. There needs to be more grass in the pet walking area. Our rooms AC was not cooling correctly and front desk was told. Swimming pool was green. Toilets had rings in them. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly. I think we over paid for the quality of the property.
We will never come back or recommend it to anyone Our family was totally discouraged from the service we received from the manager. She wouldn’t listen to me and caused a mess with our check out. We wanted to use gift cards for the stay and the wrong amounts were applied because she didn’t listen. Then said she was “tired” of this situation. We will never recommend or stay there again.
