Gross bathroom, elevator was old and very scary to be in (took the stairs). Phone in room didn’t work. Only good thing was that the assistant manager approved to refund me after being there for an hour.
Not good
This property is dirty. Roaches in the lobby. Mold in the shower and ac. Only the lobby looks good. The elevator itself looks like it’s been through something. The doors aren’t took secure. The closet the paint is coming off. Literally only stayed for 6 hours and was ready to go to another hotel

The room served its purpose as a place to sleep after a cancelled flight. However, there was a stain on the comforter, the elevator was broken, and the pillows were really lumpy.
Property was very run down. Thankfully we were only there for a few hours as we had a very early morning flight out and we came in late to Orlando. It was very convenient to the airport! I will give it that! Bathroom was very dirty and no trash bags in any trashcan. Back door card reader was broken so it was open! Mattress needed to be changed out as well as pillows!
The room was nice but the overall property was in poor shape. One of the elevators barely worked and the inside of it was awful. Wall panels gone, wall is sticky, and the outside of the elevator was really torn up. All of the doors to the rooms had black scuffs and our floor’s hallway was super stuffy and humid. Once we got to the room, it was clean…but leading up to the room, was pretty bad. Front desk was super nice and helpful! But overall, the hotel needs some TLC.

Close to airport, I reserved two beds only to be told I can’t have the type of room I reserved. Family of four only given the option to sleep in a king bed. Room felt dirty and dark. Breakfast was 7am to 9 am, with very limited food and drink options. I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t come back, there are tons of other hotels literally right next door you can pick a better option.
Property was dirty, linen wasn’t clean ,no hot water
