We arrived after midnight. Undressed, and went directly to bed. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable, and kept my husband and I tossing and turning. Heater did not maintain temperature, and ran hot. We were disgusted when we woke up to find how FILTHY the bathroom was. Wash cloth and towel were stained with what looked like makeup. Hair in shower and all over countertops. Baseboards haven't been cleaned in a very long time. All kinds of dirt every where we looked. We left ASAP.
The service for cleaning the sheets was terrible, we had to sleep with another guest's dirty sheets
This was the worst stay I've had so far. The sheets were stained and had hair on them. The AC unit was filthy. The windows were so dirty you could barely see outside. The carpets had stains on them. The shower head had white buildup on it as well as mold and stains throughout the shower. Me and my family were so exhausted from our flight we didnt have the energy to dispute this at that moment. Property and rooms where completely dirty, beds not changed. Complete bed bugs in the room.
PROPERTY needs work. Poor maintenance
Filthy hallway, elevators falling apart, rude manager, all doors look like they were kicked in.
The elevators were disgusting with wall paper hanging loose. The room had a very moldy smell. There was no soap and no towels of any kind. Also, there were no coffee cups.
Cold hot tub. Hectic check in
