The property needs updated. The halls were kind of dirty, elevator inspection had expired in 2022. The room had one plastic drinking cup and one small bottle of shampoo and one small bar soap. Interior halls need painted. Lacked detail to cleanliness.

Property was outdated & dirty. The bathroom counter was coming apart, there was black hair in the sink when we arrived. The elevator was terrible and filthy. They do have a free shuttle to the airport which was a plus. You must sign up in advance at the front desk. The A/C was cold but overall this place is in rough shape. They tried to “revamp it” but you can tell it was bare minimum. The hot tub was ice cold, which was a bummer. And the chairs by the pool are so old and dirty as well. Just a ran down property. 1 tiny & VERY slow elevator. Breakfast was not very good, only one functioning toaster trying to serve many guest. Not enough room to sit (to be fair, it was a Saturday morning with multiple cruise guest trying to eat/leave at get same time). It was fine for a one night stay, but would not stay there again.

Old tattered elevator, shower curtain kept falling and bed was horrible! When I sat on bed it folded like a taco. Awful night sleep

Cleanliness of the room was really poor. There were scuffs on the walls and in the bathroom (the tub was also chipped), and there were stains on nearly every towel, as well as on the pillowcases. We didn’t request another room because, given the state of the dirty carpet in the hallway with crumbs everywhere, we had a feeling every other room would be in the same condition. The grounds were nice and had walkable sidewalks. There was some trash strewn about. The assistant manager was prickly. He didn’t know much about a service dog or service dog rights through the ADA. I sent a message ahead asking if it was ok to have two service dogs and one pet in a room and was told at check in that only 2 dogs in one room. I personally didn’t mind having to get a secondary room but I had planned to stay with my traveling partner. Her service dog was treated as a pet. This hotel, besides having narrow entryways and one narrow, dingy elevator by design, is completely falling apart. Part of the sink was coming off the wall, hanging down, water infiltration blistered paint above the window and the dryway that fell was left in a pile below. Dirty napkins and kids toys under bed. luggage cart with a sign reading "flat tire", 7 am breakfast not put out til 7:30 and internet never worked so we couldn't even book an uber. Absolutely abominable place with no maintenance whatsoever.
