I let my family down, this was a hazardous place and authorities should shut it down until they clean up the mess , the streets and so Sidewalks are more cleaner than this motel masquerading as a hotel. Staff is rude and unable to help. Our room AC WAS NOT WORKING and when asking for a solution the front desk manager put us on hold until all the long line of check ins was done. He refused just to give us a different room right away. The property is old, with no maintenance, and plenty of bad details. Our room minibar was blocked in ice. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, don’t fall in this trap.

The property needs maintenance. The bathroom faucet kept water running the whole time. I notified the front desk and they did not do anything about it. The only good thing was the lady who ran the shuttle. She was very friendly and helpful. Will not stay there again. First and last time.

You get what you pay for. The facilities were fairly old and there was a leak from the ceiling in one of the walkways during our stay. Picked this property only for an urgent 1 night stay. Would not pick again.

I called prior to booking to see if there's a pet fee given that I was bringing a service animal with me. I was told there was not and to bring the paperwork with me. I drove 7 hours and arrived at 3am to be told there was a fee. I reluctantly paid the fee and checked in. The bed appeared to have been slept in, the ac unit and furniture broken.
