The bathroom floor was soooooo dirty. I noticed in the morning when I got up after a very long trip. Found a big chunk of hair and tons of trash on the floor. Told the manager, he just said ok will send someone to clean it. I told him don't bother we are leaving, he just said OK! Looked like he doesn't care!!!!
pool was disgusting. hot tub wasnt even hot and it was dirty. room were very hot ask them to let us lower a/c past 65 and guy told me its florida regulations that 65 is lowest they can go well first off i live in florida thats not true and i got to alot of hotels around here and this is only location that doesnt let it go lower
Property was dirty. Elevator was rundown, tub faucet dripped constantly, toilet had something that looked like puke on it, bathroom floor was not clean, mold in caulk around tub, dirty diaper and trash in hall Outside our door.
Water drained the whole night. It said full breakfast but no breakfast sign in dinning room. I went to mny trip but I did not see bad hotel. I think they knew about bath tap. We said about tap but they were not srrt
Beware. DON'T STAY HERE. Charges on your card will appear indefinitely. Hotel staff communication is terrible.
This hotel was very old and dirty. The lobby was very nice but as soon as we got in the elevator I wasn’t sure that we would even make it to our floor. We went to our room and immediately turned around and walked back out. The whole room smelled like a disgusting restroom. All we could smell was urine. The employee was very kind and apologized and gave us a different room. It was clean…….but old. I was so disappointed with this hotel and will probably never stay at a La Quinta again.
