This Quinta Inn was not it! The Tub was leaking. AC in room wasn’t working and furniture was falling apart! Very disappointing.

Checked in 1 hour early which was nice . First room they gave us stank like moldy towel. Second room also the same thing was about to leave they offered another room that did not stank.

sheets had stains and hair on the bottom sheet , went to front desk and was told someone would come up and change them in 20 min.after a hour and 20 min. went back down to the desk where the person gave me the sheets to change myself!!!! also at 11:10 pm the person from the front desk tried to enter our room when I went to the door he said that a woman was suppose to be in the room and he was going to call the police , he apologized and said it was the same initials? assistant manger Paul was very rude . Worst stay EVER

Este hotel no merecer ni siquiera una estrella, es lo peor que he visitado en mi vida, jamás vuelvo a quedarme aqui, el servicio es lo peor las personas son muy groseras. Las habitaciones no las limpian, aquí no me quedo jamás.

Continental breakfast was terrible. We got there 15 minutes before they closed, and they were out of almost everything - no eggs, no yogurt, no milk for the cereal, no cream cheese for the bagels, no syrup for the waffles. The lady working there said she would get more but didn’t. They desperately need more than just 1 person working the entire breakfast area. Lots of people came and ended up getting some orange juice and that was it.

We arrived late, our room had a very strong odor, possibly mold. Definite signs of flood damage. Too late to switch rooms. Woke up with sore throat Spoke to front desk very cooperative, gave us a discount. But no one should be sleeping in that room

It's dated and dirty. Puke on the floor and walls that was partially cleaned up. Rooms smelled. Just in rough shape overall

I barely went to the front desk to complain about the poor condition of my room #223, I was told that they can't do anything to help me. There was a leak in the bathroom, it is notable that they do not clean here, dust everywhere, the bathroom doors dirty, poorly painted and old. I do not recommend anyone stay at La Quinta Inn.
