La Quinta Inn use to be a very clean hotel chain, but no longer.
Not great This hotel was serviceable - mainly by being very close to the airport and having a decent breakfast. However, the whole place reeks of smoke, and the staff seem to take turns smoking outside the door to the pool. Feels like a flashback to the 70s when people smoked in the back of the airplane and then the row in front was called 'non-smoking!' Shabby Needs a good scrub and new carpets . Kinda gross .
Ok for a brief stay while passing through Orlando Pros: The price, location, and staff. Cons: Major updates are needed to make it not seem so worn out. This was okay for a brief night in Orlando while traveling back home, but we wouldn't recommend it for longer stays than that. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Very close to airport For an overnight bed for a stopover near airport it's ok otherwise not really worth the price.
