terrible my room was not clean and some of the towels were dirty and tub had hairs in it the elevator didn’t work and it got thru the hallway and at breakfast, no variety for breakfast

I will not be returning loud neighbors, dirty stained sheet, bath tub didn’t look clean. roach in the microwave location

Would not stay there again! This facility is run down and in need of lots of repairs. The pool area is in need of lots of work. The handicap access to the jacuzzi was falling down and there are a lot of broken or missing pavers on the pool deck. The room had several issues, the shower nozzle was plugged with mineral deposits, the bed sheets had large visible stains. Overall the facility was dirty and in disrepair. Easy access from the freeway and lots of restaurants in the area.

uncomfortable as we had to share a bed reserved a double bed room and when we checked in they had none and put us in a king room with 1 bed.two men in 1 bed does not work nothing

Average. Need to work on facilities Pool was mediocre. Hot tub was not hot at all. Very disappointed Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good

I was denied stay. Travelers should not be subjected to any type of discrimination based solely upon submitting physical card, if the stay was paid in advance and with confidential information provided by third parties. I booked the stay with third party, that advised me my stay was paid online. I have identity theft issues at point of sale transactions and was told to swipe my physical card, provide card and show card or I would be denied my stay. Quiet and safe place but hard beds and bad breakfast The beds were not as comfortable as I thought they were going to be they were very very stiff and the pillows were very flat after the first night. The shower seemed like the shower head hadn't been cleaned and so there was barely any water pressure. And whoever on here said that they have an amazing selection of breakfast you lied to me because they do not have an amazing selection of breakfast. Poor Next to interstate so it was noisy from traffic. Didn't feel very safe when saw some of the people staying there. Close to sanford airport and did not need to get on interstate to get there.
