Bad My room had roaches Nothing. The roaches ruined everything

Greatly disappointing for a Wyndham associated hotel. The place is rundown. I went there as price was convenient for last minute stay and review did not seem bad, according to Booking.com it was 3.9. After staying here it seems as though this could possibly be fake reviews because it was nothing of the sort. I wasn’t expecting spectacular but the place looks like a rundown motel. Nothing

Horrible Stay My room had a ant infestation & when i informed the staff they attempted to switch me to a room smaller that did not fit my family. When reaching from desk they stated they will call an exterminator but they couldn't do anything more. Also, i attempted checking in early & was told i couldn't until 5 am. So my family slept in our car outfront uncomfortably until 530am. Unpleasant visit & they refused to do anything to compensate us. The area

Wouldn't stay here again The hotel looked like it had updates in some areas but there was also a lot of visible wear. The door to the outside that should be locked 24 hours a day didn't latch. The pillows were lumpy. The shower was dirty. I'm glad we had only booked it to sleep and check out. The check-in process was easy.

I was glad when morning came The location was great but the hallways and our room were falling apart, the key lock would not work on outside entrance close to our room. The AC unit sounded like a jet engine and would not respond to the thermostat.
