I will not return to this property or another LaQuinta after this stay. everything was disgusting and dirty, we had to c It was terrible. The elevator slammed close, inside paint was peeling, and when it got to the floor it needed to it dropped! our towels in our room smelled terrible! Fair Had a tough time finding parking spots. I wasn't too pleased with the front desk clerk that checked me in. One thing about it, if someone puts something in your hand such as your card, id, or money be courteous enough to hand it back the same way. When my daughter and I after obtaining our room keys, we went back to our vehicle to get our bags and the keys were not working. Mistake Staff didn’t know how to check you in. Had to come back down with my luggage 3 times. The door lock was broken and took about 15 minutes to wriggle the key into finally working because I didn’t want to go back to desk a 4 th time. It was late and I was very tired. The shower is very narrow and only drizzled. Took a bird bath and couldn’t wait to get out of there. I work across the street and see emt flashing lights there almost daily. See above. Cleanliness, pillows, not enough towels. Front desk guy was very short and sarcastic. Not helpful! Next morning front desk girl and guy on phone were loud trying to repair printer! Girl at desk very annoyed about having to help. Waffles were excellent!

We have stayed there before but noticed maintance hasn’t been kept up The hotel needs maintenance to be done. The elevator in the back of the hotel made grinding noises not sure we were going to be able to get off mentioned it to manager that needs to be checked out N/a

Back to Hampton Inn for us…. The hotel wreaked of marijuana, the room was extremely warm even though it said it was 65. The elevators are in terrible shape. especially one of them that sounds and feels like it may drop at any moment. The property as a whole just felt and look dingy. very disappointed. the location was close to where we needed to go
