Poor Myself and My Husband were there celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary, we stayed for 5 nights(the Second night into our stay,We had to kill a Baby CockRoach),Going into our last Night(Again,Had to kill another Baby CockRoach). I did speak to the front desk agent regarding this matter,and was shocked that she was aware of the infestation,But begin to say The Manager was in the process of finding another Exterminator due to no signs of infestation,but my complaint was NOT The only complaint.

Don’t waste your time First the elevator was broke by our room ok we can deal with that but the house keeping was do it yourself the breakfast was the same every day the customer service was horrible would not recommend The location

Not the greatest experience, however, I needed a room, picking my mother up early morning from a relatives home nearby b They originally put me into room 300 we sat there I went downstairs to say that the room was not opening with the keys that we were given, we moved all our stuff to the new room and waited 35 minutes for someone to come up and try to help us with the keys that weren’t working. One night at La Quinta. No soap or shampoo in the Bathroom. I had to go ask for it. elevator was broken and they don't have ice on every floor you have to go to another floor to get ice. Nicely sized room the bed was comfortable. There was TV's in both rooms. My wife forgot her earbuds in the room and the staff was nice enough to find it for me and return it.

Very disappointed. The cleanness of the room was very poor, the first room we were assigned, the shower head was falling apart, and the bathroom was dirty. The 2nd room looked more clean, however, the bed covers were disgusting, full of stains and dirty all over, it looked like it had not been washed in months, it was really gross. I informed the guy at the front desk which he wasn't friendly from the beginning at all, not rude, but neither friendly. Ok for one night - don’t expect much The place needed a remodel. There was only one elevator working. The first floor smelled like dogs. The elevators decor inside needs to be repaired. The front desk was not accommodating for a later check out due to housekeepers having to leave early for Father’s Day. The bath tub rug needs to be replaced.
