Bad the Front desk was rude and the ac diddent work

Fair Cleanliness of linens could have been better. Stains came on bed sheets, and half our towels. Located in a nice area and around a lot of restaurants.

property staff were very good, but they should've been more control over the noise and rudeness these people exhibit adjacent room people came in at midnight with several children were extremely loud banging on walls talking loudly even tried to enter our room through the door that connexus call the front desk. Someone did come up and knock on the door, but it didn't have any effect. Big room clean nice front desk person

Fair under staffed, breakfast, room clean but bathroom vanity sink faucet loose almost falling off and the bathtub faucet would not close properly, leaking all night. And cockroach crawled from bathroom vent. location, rooms were updated.
