Disappointing Smell and overall cleanliness and smoke smell was terrible

What a disappointment Because of the impending hurricane I'd sent several messages to the hotel asking 1) if I could move the date of my stay up, and when I received no reply asked if I could add an extra day to my stay. Again no response. Upon arrival and check in, I asked about staying an extra day but the clerk stated that because I'd gone through Booking.com there was nothing available. Next time I will spend a little extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. The elevator did not work some times, the key card had to be reset twice, this was bad as it was raining and I had to walk half the way around the building to get in, this happened twice during my stay. Breakfast was non existent there was some sort of breakfast bag never saw them I guess you had to ask for it. The coffee station, lids did not match cups, small cup large lid. The price was the cheapest in the area, after checking in it was obvious why.

Horrible Nothing went well.... Hotel room was disgusting. There was a roach in my room, on one of the beds the sheet had a brown stain. I would never stay in this hotel ever again pool, jacuzzi

I can’t recommend even if they pay me… Everything. First of all, the front desk clerk was not pleasant at all. The hotel has a strong cheap flower smell to cover whatever it is…. The room was dingy and bedding was old and cheap. Breakfast was one small OJ, chocolate bar and chocolate muffin in a small brown bag. Oh, my…how long will they take advantage of the COVID-19? Businesses, enough already to blame the virus to justify your poor customer services!!! None

Piece of garbage hotel that I will never return to This La Quinta is like a refurbished Motel 6 (no disrespect to Motel 6 intended) with Big Lots furnishings. The door's key lock card -- which worked fine in the outside entry doors -- did not work and the only solution the hotel offered was different cards, which didn't work a few times but worked other times. It was lame. Breakfast was a joke. Stale granola bar, hot OJ, and a packaged muffin. Coffee was lukewarm. No day maid service. Really milking the covid thing. Room walls thin and noisy. Lumpy uncomfortable bed. Water pressure bad. Lots of Forida hotels running normal, this one is not. It was dry in the room.
