I thought the hotel is so good but as soon as I walked in I smelled a bad smell. the carpet was so dirty I can’t breath this hotel was so bad no thing

if the beds were comfortable, it would be awesome place to stay. the bed was horrible. the check in/out staff member Katy was nice but it seemed she lacked training, she seemed unsure of what to do. it was clean

The hotel was okay... there is mold on the ceiling. needs repairs, The ceiling leak near the 5th floor elevator should be either covered up or repaired. parts of the ceiling are missing and appears to have mold (black).the sleeper couch needs a new mattress. it seems to be the same one that came with the couch when it was purchased. eh

Adequate but barking dogs ruined my sleep. loud barking dogs were roomed amidst other lodgers. I complained to hotel manager whose only response was this is a dog friendly facility. when I asked why not put all the dogs on one floor and segregate them from trying to sleep guests, he continued his dog friendly reply. elevator was out of order as was the ice machine on my floor. seemed like a broken hotel that was not maintenance focused. location was ok.

Disappointing
Not worth it We had no linens for the sofa bed so. They said we could get sheets but they had no blankets. Totally unacceptable. Pool closed. Only had waffles for the toaster, muffins, fruit. Nothing healthy or for a diabetic at all. Open area in lobby 24 hr coffee and water
