This location is not for Disabled people who travel alone & minimal staffing to help. I am DISABLED, which means pushing a luggage cart is INSANE. But told noone could help. No seat in shower, which I requested & the worn out A/C unit broke; I woke up smelling it burning & had to change units at 4:00am BY MYSELF. The unit I moved into had a broken door handle & NO handle bar in the shower. No outlet near the bed...seriously? The room looked nice until you started to see things worn down...like the A/C unit. Poor The breakfast was continental, the booking said “good breakfast”. The beds were horrible. The first room wasn’t cleaned the just made a dirty bed. The second room the air conditioner probably the thermostat was broken. Went from hot to cold all night long and we were too tired to move again. It looked updated.

Disappointing Where do I start? 1. The linens were dirty. I think the housekeeper missed that a towel had been used, left in our room from a previous guest. 2. We looked for a waste basket and it was in the corner with trash already in it. 3. While brushing my teeth, I noticed little brown bugs crawling all over the sink. 4. No running water Hello i checked into this location on Sunday night around 1am after a long drive to the area from New York. The room had barely running water in the sink, marijuana smoke smell and also a stain sheet which I have pictures of. at the time when I made a complaint, I was dismissed as I guess no supervisor was available at the time.

Won't stay again because things can not be handled properly I don't like the fact that I talked with the property about paying for my mother's stay. Property sent me a credit card authorization form, I filled it out and sent back to the email they provided me. And OF COURSE y'all charge my mother's card....and tell her that my card was just to hold the reservation. NO...it was to pay for the stay. That's why I sent an authorization form. I don't appreciate this at all

Fair Unfortunately our room had ants. There were ants in our bathroom sink and on the desk. The bathroom did not look like it was cleaned before we came in. The location of the hotel was great and the staff were friendly.
