Nice hotel but having a room key that only works occasionally made it a hassle. We arrived at 10:30pm pm on a Friday evening. Checked in and went up to our assigned room. The room key didn't work. Went back down stairs and had to wait for staff since nobody was at the front desk. The key was checked and reset and I went back upstairs and it didn't work again. Poor When I got my room the bed was disgusting sheets was very dirty and nasty I call the front desk and ask for another room. Nothing

What happened to this hotel? Room was not clean! As soon as I arrived I went to the bathroom and it was makeup on the floor. Like lipstick. I had Lysol Wipes. Rubbed and floor was not really clean. From the exterior of the hotel you can tell that there's a lack of maintenance. Idk if it change of management, but mu husband used to stay at La Quinta Inn Lake Mary for business purposes and told me it was a cleaner and well maintained hotel back then. Location. Friendly staff. Good coffe.

Very Poor
It was okay Elevator was very slow. Guy at the front desk didn’t seem very friendly. Breakfast was very limited to basic grab and go. It was just okay. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable

need some improvement in bedrooms specially in beds! very old beds the king bed probably need to be replaced is to old and not confortable at all I am 8 month pregnant and bed was horrible and imagen mh night i arrive 1am and bed sheets was like they dont replaced to a clean ones and bathroom towels was like used for soneome also before me the stuff didn't replaced for clean one, and my night was a nightmare. very night place but need some improvement. clean and nices rooms

If proper cleaning procedures were used this hotel would have been wonderful. CLEANLINESS - I found garbage including but not limited to a broken finger nail on the floor by the bed. This is even more disheartening as this hotel is in a state with Extremely high Covid-19 cases at this time. The filters in the air conditioner were so dirty I took them out.
