It was fine. The pool area was always dirty. The breakfast bags were not good.

I was pleased with the top Everything was fine except for the location. Both nights I stayed I was awakened by the loud, disturbing sounds of the nearby highway traffic. It sounded like trucks and cars with loud mufflers were very close. I tried putting a pillow over my head, but it didn’t help. I was hoping the a/c would drown it out, but it did only for the amount of time it would stay on. Needless to say, I was grumpy and tired for the weekend. Service improvements needed At reception, treatment was miserable. Partner did not get answer when asking several times for the toilet. Seemed as if staff was not used to multiethnic guest groups. Was told that I had booked a single room: incorrect - had booked a King size bed for 2 persons. Breakfast bag at checkout was only offered after I asked for it.

Blah The bag breakfast had 2 items in it, the check in staff did not greet me, he didn’t even go the WiFi nor directions to the elevator. The check out staff out was just lazy, i had to beg for a receipt. Location to my destination.

No agradable Primera habitación asignada el TV no funcionaba luego de ir a front desk me arreglan el control remoto y aun así no funcionaba el tv , me cambian de habitación al 5to piso y tenía un olor horrible a marijuana 🤢 , me cambian a una suite por los mal ratos y soy agradecido pero la limpieza debajo de la cambia lleva meses sin limpiar 🤢 estoy desecionado Tamaño de habitación muy Bueno
