Disappointing The front desk never answered the phone when we called! They had dead insects on the windowsill & spiderwebs everywhere & extremely dirty. We were on the top floor & the window didn’t have any screens so it was very unsafe. In the bathtub, the walls had hair from the previous guests. The towels and bed sheets were also dirty with other peoples hair. 24/7 Coffee

Fair Breakfast. No breakfast served because of Covid 19, and the bag they gave was not nutritional nor worthy of eating. This gave them a low rating. Also, room cleaning was non existence because of Covid. This was ridiculous. They take pets with no extra charge.

You should really team up with Mgt at TooJay's Deli, they are a gem! Being lied to! And the small roach, that is living under the bathroom countertop in room 221. Solely the location. Breakfast was essentially non-existent, which IS NOT indicated on the website as lied about by the staff!

I've stayed here before, but I'm not sure if I'll be back. The roach in the bathroom. The noise of the kids in the hallway. The cluster of guests to keep them close together, which makes for easier cleaning, but horrible noise pollution which interferes with sleep. I killed a roach in the bathroom when we checked in. But I thought, "It's Florida." Still, I've stayed here a half dozen times and never saw it this dirty before. We had a four am flight, so went to bed early.
