Fair Covid restrictions prevented having a decent breakfast. The staff didn’t restock anything in the room. We had to get everything ourselves Not that bad

Very Poor The room was dirty, with roaches around, dust. The breakfast was really poor. The customer service really bad. They didn’t offer a good or fast solution for the roaches and dirtiness in the room

Terrible experience Room ac was leaking carpet was soaked and no toilet paper. 1st floor smelled of marijuana. Tried to call desk and they never answered. Went down switched room, still no toilet paper, and In The morning our room smelled of marijuana. Hair all over bathroom. Complained to desk at check out and she didn’t care. Will never stay there again would not recommend. Beds were ok

We were disappointed. Paid full price. Received zero of service. I totally understand the lack of service due to COVID-19 but it needed to mention that on their website. Because we would choose different facility Or an apartment instead. The main problem was that due to COVID-19 half of the service wasn’t provided. Such as: 1. No room service 2. No cleaning room. ( we’ve stayed 5 days with the pat without cleaning the room once) 3. No real breakfast 3. No JYM
