I, or my family members DID NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL....see reason above... See ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not stay at the motel. I had a severe accident on Sunday and was NOT able to travel. I called that day and told the woman at the desk I could not be there and asked to change the reservation to my daughter's name. It’s a pandemic. Do better Nothing worked. No tv, no air. Everything dirty. Coffee pot dirty. Gym dirty. Diluted soap in the public bathroom. No paper towels. Understaffed. Evelyn. She was great. The only good thing
Disappointing The pictures on your website was totally opposite of walking into the room. It wasn’t clean, bed spread was wrinkled and dust everywhere. Animals. The lady at the front desk was nice.
Bad Nothing No air
Bad My toilet was not working the first night. The staff wasn’t very accommodating concerning this inconvenience.
Won't stay again. The a.m. clerk was rude to my husband when he went out to smoke a cigarette and came back in. Granted it was early but still. After he said "he had a room" She said "there were alot of druggies coming and going sorry" after he explained. Not professional at all! To me she was implying my husband look like a drug addict or something! Poor Everything! Horrible moldy odor in room; moved to another room; not good at all. Will never stay there and will not recommend this place. My husband and I both were very ill on the plane home and sincerely believe it was from inhaling mold the whole time!! Not much of anything.
Disappointing The rooms were dirty. The location was good and the staff were nice.
