Poor Next door someone was stomping and banging around all hours of the night The employees were nice and friendly
Very disappointed with hotel and staff. We booked a one bedroom suite with a pull out couch for our kids to sleep on. The room was only furnished with enough towels and linens for two people, when asked about extra blankets and pillows for the other bed the front desk clerk informed me that they do not give them out and handed me an extra sheet. we had to cover our children up with towels. Overall very disappointing hotel.
Awful! The hotel was unkempt and poorly run. No maid service. Very dirty we left after only two nights stay. No clean towels the trash was never emptied. Several burned out light bulbs in room holes in walls and carpets.
I wouldn’t come back. but the manager that was there Monday morning was very nice, and the guy that work New Year Eve ni I didn’t like how the sheets was dirty, the toilet was dirty, my pillow had blood stains on it but the pillow had BLOOD stains on it. but was covered up with a clean pillow case. I also didn’t like, that I had to bring dirty wet towels to the 1st floor, in my hands. the guy was nice about it. But the young girl seem like she didn’t care. Horrible You had no room service for the weekend things in my room needed to be fix although the maintenance came but he couldn't figure it out either. That was a waste of my time. No towels had to wait and they still didnt bring towels I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels couldn't call the phone didnt work.Very dissatisfied Breakfast was okay.
