Thank you Alex. The general manager was very unaccommodating and short with us, she just didn’t care about making our stay comfortable at all. The complete opposite of Alex. Manager to manager, it is all about the customer/guest in front of you at this time. Take the time out to give your guests a reason to come back. If I lived in the city, I would be recruiting Alex to work with me. Alex at the front desk upon arrival was very nice and pleasant.
