Worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The room had gnats everywhere. I observed multiple earwig bugs crawling around the bathroom floor. When the cleaning personnel came inside to clean, there were still numerous area that were not clean. There was nothing I enjoyed at this hotel. This will be the last time I book a room at this facility.
Ok & comfortable & staff was ok Other guest were very loud all hours of the night. Hotel gave out breakfast in a bag a grab n go which were from the hours of 6am-9am I walked up at 9:01am & the staff member said they weren’t doing breakfast anymore it was to late. Window to our room was cracked. We needed extra towels the manager said come back in an hour they are not done washing/drying. The manager also said if I needed them sooner I can go and look for housekeeping on another floor & let her know it’s ok to get more towel... read more
Bad Staff very rude and unaccomodating. Charged card 3 times for the same stay and when I went to show them the girl at the front was rude refused to accept that it had happened until I showed her on the phone that it had. Then she got upset and refused to talk to me and kept telling me to put on a mask. Nothing

I did not enjoy my stay. My hallways smell like dog and my room had a urine smell. The sofas are so dingy i was scared to sit down. I was told by the front desk agent that they are not a fully serviced property and I would have to come to the front desk for tissue and towels. I like the location of the property. A lot of stores and restaurants are in the area.
Disappointing
Well i thought it would be a quite stay but no I was wrong. U could here people talking very loud in the hall ways and a You all should put signs that say plz be quite people are sleeping.
