Terrible. The front desk lady encountered a problem with locating my actual booking and she was not willing/able to fix the issue. I did not like it.
Disappointing
Lack of management comuncation. Arrived at 3 P.M. and was told that none of the upper floors had not been cleaned. I was placed in room 113, nearest to the lobby. Good night's sleep. Went for breakfast at 8 A.M. I noticed the hallway was full of construction equipment. Had a small headache and lay down. Just then, the crew started tearing down the hallway walls and floor in front of my room. I spoke with the day manager who informed me no one knew of the work that was going on. No corresponde la realidad con la descripción Desayuno no hay, no ofrezcan desayuno porque solamente sirven un tipo de pan y huevos revueltos nada más. Aparte las habitaciones oscuras y llenas de polvo, se nota que nunca han aspirado las habitaciones. Colchones duros Lo único aceptable es la atención del personal
O que salvou minha estadia foi ser perto do sawgrass Mills Quarto extremamente fedido, chuveiro péssimo que não sai água direito. Café da manhã horrível, nem dá para se chamar de café da manhã(nada de opções), local para comer é sujo. Infelizmente única coisa boa é a cama. A cama é muito boa

It was okay I was put next to the laundry room in a room and the noise from the machines give me a headache everyday and the washing was constant from morning to night that was very comfortable and painful The break fast wa okay
