Never again! The hotel was not clean. Bugs/roaches were seen several times. Room air conditioner broke, water all over rug, needed to buy a tarp to walk on floor. Maintenance was nowhere to be found to fix anything! Hotel room broken in to several times during my stay.
Bad I didn’t like our room the ac leaked had our clothes in our suitcases soaked. The lights kept flickering. The lobby smelled very earthy and moldy . My mom’s bed had a big sink in the middle of the bed so she has to sleep on the edge and that was not comfortable. On top of that if I remembered I heard them switching out a guest out that room and giving my family that room which I didn’t appreciated . THIS PLACE IS AN ENTIRE MESS The staff, kids dressed as adults posing as employees, the food they poison, no cleaning, when they clean it is half-ass, unfinished, or not at all. They wanted to provide towels that were picked up off dirty floor. The list of problems goes on and on. I am on 4th floor, 55, on disability and elevator was broken and no staff to help me get to 4th floor with my belonings and laundry. Bad We experienced poor customer service during our stay. Upon returning to our room, we found our used wet towels thrown on the bed. Housekeeping had been in the room but did not clean it at all. The only thing they did was throw our wet towels on the bed. Left within an hour of checking in Weed Not well kept Random people just hanging out Mold smell through out the hotel Property was not well maintained. We come here 1/2 times a year and it seems to decline the more we come. The hallways smelt of weed and we checked out the same day we checked in. The lady was super nice and said she had nothing else available and that she would refund us for the entire stay
