The stay was fair wish I had more house keeping days I encountered small roaches in my room throughout the stay Enjoyed the hot breakfast option glad it was added
Not clean at all! The bugs were unbearable Ingestion of spiders in the first room so we changed rooms, the second room was a lil more spacious but baby the roaches were unbearable we seen one in the microwave and ignored it, but when I awoke to one on my husbands pillow oh baby that was it we had to go!
Disappointed In the morning we found roaches in the bathroom and the coffee maker Comfortable and friendly staff

Fair This is my second time staying at this property but was very disappointed with the room, microwave was dirty, bathroom walls had Mildred, behind night table was dirty as well as sofa bed. Pool was dirty for the nine days I was there, I wanted to take my grandson for a swim and that water too filthy for any one to go in. Breakfast lady needs to adjust her attitude, she was very unpleasant. Front desk staff was very friendly. Christen was very helpful
Bad Got bitten by bed bugs and still haven't received a refund. Location
Highly dissapointed in basic ammentities of the hotel. Air conditioner barely kept the room cool. Had to keep the AC on the lowest temp setting and on high to get it to an acceptable temp. My room entry door card reader barely worked and took minutes at times to get it to work properly to open the door. There is only one elevator in the hotel that is horribly slow and did not opperate well (rough and jolting ride). There is only one ice machine in the hotel and it is on the ground floor.
