I was very disappointed as we stayed at this hotel many times. Had to wait about 5 minutes for reception to show up and check us in. There were roaches in the room and in the breakfast area. The TV didn't work properly and had to call 3 times about it. No one cleaned the room until the day before we checked out. The bathtub was slippery. Had to go to the reception to get fresh towels and a remote control for the TV. We complained to reception about all of this. Disappointing
Poor Room was dirty and bathroom was falling apart. For their breakfast they had visible bugs around the food. Not worth the price. Staff was fairly nice but struggled to do their jobs. I think it was a lack of enough employees.

Will never stay at this property again! Hotel rooms are not properly maintained - wet carpeting, exposed wiring, and an active, evident cockroach infestation. Good location for my purpose.
