My stay was pretty alright overall. The only issue was that the room wasn’t properly cleaned, but everything else, inclu Unfortunately, the room wasn’t cleaned properly before my arrival. It was clear that it hadn’t been thoroughly prepared, which was disappointing. I hope the cleaning standards are improved for future guests. Location was convenient for me

Disappointing Hotel muito sujo, quartos sujos, atendimento péssimo. Lavanderia sem funcionar. A localização era boa para o propósito da viagem.
Fair The maintenance of this hotel is not good, many things are broken, malfunctioning or dilapidated (in the room and in common areas) Not enough towel hungers in the bathroom The cleanliness is not meeting a good standard: dusty and stained carpets, elevator's floor and walls are for the most part of the day are dirty (one elevator for entire building!) and the trash cans are not emptied often enough.
