caro , bajaron la calidad , y el mantenimiento y servicio en general malo reciben mascotas , huele a humedad las habitaciones , los aires acondicionados ruidosos , no hacen aseo ningún día que por pandemia ..bajaron la cálida del desayuno , y nada de esto avisan o informan a la hora de reservar yno bajaron los precios al contrario los suben como si se mantuviera bien , las personas que están en recepción , terribles , no hay amabilidad , servicio , distantes . donde está situado la ubicación !

A horrible Mattress Cheap uncomfortable Mattresses. Embarrassing that they charge for this. A waste. Mattress was horrendous. Impossible to sleep on. Never again! Not worth 10 bucks. Do not make the same mistake that I did. Stay away. Stay anywhere else. Location. Location..only the location.
Terrible the offer for breakfast and cleaning service room The security measures against COVID 19 do not prevent being able to attend cleaning requests to the room when they are long stays; As well as it is not a justification, breakfast is only cake and yogurt or even cereal as an option. Extremely disappointed Breakfast that was advertise was only a grab bag with muffin and yogurt. Misleading advertising to say the price included breakfast when it does not and we feel completely ripped off. Bed was not comfortable. Room was not cleaned even once for a four night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful
