Mal mantenimiento El aire acondicionado tenía mal olor, la nevera también . Las camas picaban y mi esposo encontró animalitos pequeños fue horrible la experiencia que tuvimos. El baño estaba en mal estado se podían ver partes oxidadas. En fin mucho descuido. El olor en los pasillos del hotel era desagradable cómo Si las personas fumaran adentro . Se supone que es un hotel libre de cigarrillo. Lo único que nos gustó fue la atención del personal de la recepción .

Habitación en mal estado La alfombra del hotel estaba completamente mojada les pedí me ayudaran con el cambio y no lo hicieron, estuve muy incómoda toda la estadía , pésimo servicio

ASPERA Y FRIA THEY DID NOT COMPLY WITH THE BREAKFAST, IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE RATE PAID, BUT THEY DID NOT SERVE IT BECAUSE OF CORANOVIRUS, BUT THEY WERE NOT GIVING IT AS A KIT ... AS IF OTHER HOTELS MADE IT ... THIS CAUSED ME PROBLEMS BECAUSE MY GROUP INCLUDED LESS THAN AGE AND WE HAD TO GO TO GET BREAKFAST OUTSIDE THE HOTEL THE STAFF IS UNLIKE, INDIFFERENT, THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THE GREETING, SCREAMING WE REQUEST A REFUND OF THE BREAKFAST ... WHICH THEY DID NOT GIVE US NOS GUSTO SU UBICACION
Good Location, Old Hotel The rooms had really old mattresses. They are not cleaning rooms nor giving breakfast due to covid. However, taht information was not communicated to us and prices were still the same. Would not stay there again Good location
ok We were expecting breakfast as advertised, I called when I booked in March because of covid restrictions and was told they would be serving breakfast by my arrival date in April They were not.
