Tolerable but shadey activity taking place in the area. Smell of weed in elevators,stairs,hallways. Loud moaning coming from a certain room multiple times a day and for several days. Hall carpets not swept for 3 days and trash sitting outside rooms. Smoke detectors going off several times in a smoke free property. Firm bed,mic and frig. Pool clean but chilly. I’ll

Fair It's such a great thing for being a pet friendly accommodation,. but the carpets on the floors cannot work. the constant smell of cat pee. Also cigarettes / tobacco smoke lingers in the room,, I know the 100 0/0 smoke free hotel signs are posted,,,but people are just being CARE----LESS . 1st night , 1st room very good. Fair The rooms where smaller then I expected very little moving space It was nice
Very uncomfortable The entire atmosphere. We didn't like our stay this last time front desk put us into a room which was all wet by the ac area and the bed was kind of itchy.

Don’t trust on Booking.com description On Booking.com description they said that the breakfast is included, but when we just come the front desk informed that they are not serving bc of covid and the price it’s the same. How my expectations from the breakfast was failed I didn’t liked nothing,

Disappointed 1. Key cards did Not work properly 2. Toilets were making bubbly noises like it. was about to overflow. 3. Power went out twice 4. You could hear the guest next door loudly 5. No First Aid Kit at the Front Desk
