Friendly staff but not proactive when needing to control noise and parking lot safety/security Not a relaxing stay. Construction/remodeling to the exterior during our stay. Parking was limited. Several smokers near the entrance, since designated area was relocated. Could not avoid people during Covid Social Distancing. Stayed during 4th of July weekend, children lighting fireworks in the parking lot, moved my car to a restaurant lot. Staff was friendly.
Fair There was a lot of construction, so the door that had to be used to go in and out stayed unlocked and a ton of people were around the door at all times. Doesn’t make it very safe. Rude front desk people without a mask also (blonde lady). Absolutely no customer service skills at all. I understand there not being any breakfast during Covid, but the rooms should be on a little discount considering that is part of the price. It was 4 mins away from my job, with lots of food in the same parking lots. The room was clean.
Bad My king bed that I booked was sold out when I got there. They gave me a key to a room that already had someone in it and I had to get a room with double beds which is not what I booked. I booked my room a week in advance and still did not get what I was supposed to get. I also did not sleep that night because it was me traveling with my sister and we had already walked into someone else room because they gave us keys to the wrong room so all night I thought someone was going to end up with keys to our room and walk into ... read more
Bad Rude service Nothing
Not worth the money! The hotel looked like it was refurbished and it should’ve been cheaper. There were children that ran the hallways all night and all that morning before we left.

Pleasant The fridge in the room smelled awful. We let staff know and they said they would take care of it as we left. Nice location, looked remodeled.
