Inconsiderate and unclean The staff not speaking to me while i was checking in, instead speaking to one another. On top of that I had tried to get a memo to cancel the reservation and they kept saying they would get the manager and then I found out the manager was there the whole time she was just joking around with coworkers. The room wasn't that clean when I first arrived so i spent time cleaning it myself.
