they knew room had no tv service and still gave us that room. one whole night with no tv for an elderly couple! we had no cable/tv service in our room. other rooms had service and we were not even offered a different room. asked for a discount of some kind and was told they didn’t do that. quiet

Não voltaria a reservar neste estabelecimento Hotel denota falta de uma remodelação, já apresenta um grau de degradação significativo Alguns dos equipamentos estão muito degradados mesmo: pintura das paredes … portas … alcatifa não faz sentido numa região tão quente como o Texas, além disso suja !! Limpeza … falta claramente limpeza ao estabelecimento… sobretudo nas áreas comuns Pequeno almoço … mediocre Localização e amplo espaço de estacionamento Ar condicionado do quarto funciona bem
Disappointing House keeping argued with me for being in our room because the front desk put us in as another room… not our fault. They also bother you an hour before checkout.
Would give no stars if I could. See below. Bad all around.. Staff was unhelpful, the facilities were poor even for a La Quinta, there was a massive on going construction project throughout the hotel and next door to our room. Hammering start at 7am and the construction crews loud music on top of that. Would not recommend or stay there ever again. Not much.
