Poor Room door did not lock. Fridge was outdated. Had to keep getting my key programmed. Close to the airport. Beds were comfy. Great location. You get what you pay for.

Adequate, but could have been better. Facility was worn (i.e. carpets) and in need of updating. People in hallways were very loud inside my room. My deadbolt lock did not work. Location and staff were great.

Probably won't stay at this location anymore. Room was dirty & musty odor. Hallways were also very dirty. TV not functioning. Good location
Negative Not clean elevators, breakfast is not so good, only had two towels and asked for room cleaning everyday and didn’t get it, no trash removal and only had one trash can in the bathroom Shuttle service

LaQuita My only room complaint was the random bug/beetle that posted up in the middle of the room the next morning after arrival. Think it came from the mini fridge area but not entirely sure. The elevator/door was stuck for a minute but it eventually opened. Thankfully there were other ppl with me incase it didn't turn out “peachy”. Nice and comfortable room No attendance at the breakfast room, dirty seats and tables. I believe I saw at least three non guest individuals coming in and helped themselves some breakfast items. Sorry, they looked like drafters to me. Gave me the feeling of a non safe area . The toilet needs more cleaning attention by the rim, there is that black line hard to reach but visible. Decent place to stay not to satisfy. First of elevators took to long and the only 1 working elevator. 2nd went to the dinner to have dinner and drinks never got our drinks 30 minutes still nothing order food never came out 45 minutes later so we left and went to a restaurant inconvenient. 3 hot tube to small . Pool indoor had a chemical issue clothes jewelry missed up . Room were clean
