2.5/5 The bed was uncomfortable, I woke up with a stiff back and neck all week. The room smelled of urine but the ac faded the smell. The WiFi didn’t work and I am a member. The staff was helpful.

Bad Im disappointed because toilet on my room was leaking and water smells like sewage water. I ask to lobby to fix that but when I came back leak still. My wife and I went to San antonio for a family event and her dress get wet when she was using the toilet due to water on floor. So we need to buy another outfit to continue with the plan. Hotel in not so great area that needs urgent remodeling! The location was next to the freeway overpass. Even with the gps it was confusing to get there. It’s not in a great area unless you want to stay next to the airport. The hotel is pretty beat up, the elevators are in terrible condition with holes on the floor. The room doors were damaged and our shower had mold. The breakfast was very messy, trash cans all full and no one really cleaning. Clean-& Friendly BUT... The shower didn't work at all- wasn't able to wash my hair.. Noisy AC unit. Shuttle drove us to selected destination but failed to return after calling back to pick us back up. Not enough info provided by 1 employee at check in about late night ordering.. elevators were extremely slow- last but certainly not least our key magnet cards gave us issues a few times!! Friendly- clean- nearby restaurants- not terribly far from Alamo Dome venue.
