No hot water My reservation was not made valid and we had to wait in the lobby for 30-45 mins
Very Poor Room was dirty when we got in the door would not close completely the lock was broken and shower head was also broken. What I liked about the property was only the parking
Poor It didn't look clean. There were roaches in the bathroom and there was no soap in the bath room containers. Very disappointed. The breakfast wasn't that good either. Need to add more variety. Just the location

Never again The corridor carpet looked dirty and the room smelled bad and the toilet splashed water outside when flushed and I found mold on the back of the shampoo container that was attached to the shower. The front desk guy was very nice and friendly

Very Poor Terrible breakfast, very old dingy room, smells humidity, doesn't worth the money you paid.

Hay mejores hoteles por ese precio EL house keeping hay que solicitarlo y no te dicen eso en recepción. Solicitamos toallas y tuvimos que ir por ellas a front desk. Las personas de Front Desk se portaron muy déspotas. El área de alimentos para desayunar estaban todas las mesas sucias y mal organizado. Las camas no son cómodas y la habitación es vieja. La ubicación para las compras que íbamos a hacer nos ayudó mucho a eficientar los tiempos. Fuera de eso no me hospedaría en ese hotel nuevamente.

The biggest issue, however, was that after a couple of days, I noticed multiple bites on my legs and I recently stayed at this La Quinta hotel and, overall, the stay was okay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The location is convenient, and the hotel itself was quiet. That said, there were some issues with the room. First key didn’t work to room so had to get a new room. Then got locked outside. Staff was nice Smell. Also got locked outside after checkout because of broken gate by pool. Location from airport
