Fair We usually pick a hotel, by brand and breakfast. And of course quality, cleanliness. La quinta was one of our favorites. We know this is difficult times. Guest and employee safety is important. However we were very disappointed that no breakfast was serve. What makes it worse it doesn’t show during our reservation process. Right after paying we were told no breakfast was going to be serve. very disappointing We paid for a room with complimentary breakfast and it was advertised that there was a complimentary 24 shuttle from the airport, neither of these was available. The room was as clean as expected. We expected more having stayed at this same location before. I specifically booked this hotel because I did not want the hassle of trying to find somewhere for breakfast especially as we are visiting without a car and our host pick up is not till 1:30 PM The check in staff tried.

Very Poor
Horrible, between rude staff and ac unit not working I will never return and never recommend. Ac unit out broken, Maintenance could not fix it. I ordered this room online for my mother to stay at because she was going to fly out of San Antonio Airport. I picked this because they advertised breakfast in the morning and did not provide due to COVID-19, which I believe the rate should have been compensated.
