Fair nunca limpiaron la habitacion, ofrecen desayuno pero no hay desayunos calientes estaba muy cerca de todas las atraciones de san antonio

Disappointment The property needs major updates. The bathtubs were cracked and peeling, looked dirty and was covered in stains. There was a mold or mildew smell coming from the ac unit. They didn't have USB charging near the nightstand area. Seems like the ice machines on every floor was out of service and the TV was super small. I typically like La Quinta but this one was not great, not even good. I checked out after the first night. Very worst stay. My family didn't like it. Breakfast is very bad. Just muffin, yougut cups, apple/orange juice only. Both Muffin and Yougut is stale. Very old rooms. Room is stuffy. Lots of dust. Bathroom are dirty. Room size is cramped. Entire hallway is smelly. Insects in room. Property is near airport.

Stay was ok other than when we got magically checked out on my second day though I payed for 3 days Booked and payed for 3 days second night came back from a long walk and tour we were super tired and my room was checked out and key wasn't working so we had to walk to office for them to fix it which took forever told us they didn't know why and we never checked in but the first day the lady gave us the card and all my stuff was in my room which we paid for so mistake on their end. Primera y última vez que me hospedo en este hotel En la zona donde está el frigobar y el microondas había cucarachas. La cama muy incomoda y las almohadas súper viejas, no tenían forma básicamente. Al hacer mi check in la recepcionista súper grosera, sentimos cierto rechazo por ser latinos.

Poor It’s dirty, employees had a face dropped down to there knees, over all experience FAILED!!! Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Was missing towel, the shower was clogged, restroom door didn’t have a lock, no sanitizer no microwave, mini fridge wasn’t working, restroom trash already had trash in it. Never again will I come to this hotel!

Bad Was beyond dirty, when calling and asking for cleaning or towels, staff always had a horrible attitude, as if we aren’t all fighting this pandemic at the same time. Trash never taken out Pool filthy
