Cucarachas en todas las habitaciones La limpieza e higiene es pésima, nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitación y en todas había cucarachas vivas y muertas y había epidemia de grillos; tuvimos que salir alas 1:00 am para cambiar de hotel Que pude dejar mi coche y salir muy temprano sin preocupación de su resguardo, solo llevas una hoja y listo lo puedes dejar allí sin problema

Not happy at all There were roaches in our room I had to kill them before they got to my kids. One newborn and a two year old. The bathroom ceiling had mold in it and the bathtub itself had a grey ish tint to it that looked like it had never been cleaned. The blow dryer had sparks coming out of it. Every time we left the room and came back it was hot and muggy even after keeping the ac on cool to 70 with a constant fan. Overall frustrating experience with a manager who was unfriendly and dismissive. This place needs a management overhaul Dilapidated bathroom, rotted wood, handicap accessible shower head had no water flow at all. Initially I liked the location and online said there was a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. This was precisely the reason I chose this hotel over others. Upon check in we were told the shuttle runs from 9am - 9pm. Not a fan of the bait and switch business model.
