Poor hotel Dirty room. Lots of mold on the bathroom wall. AC has no steering, no remote, you have to operate it manually. Breakfast was a joke, granola bar and banana... Location

Worst experience ever with a Wyndham sponsored hotel. Bugs, dirty, mildew mold smell, rude day time staff asked staff to get me a room with anther property and said they could not. Due to booking thru 3rd party. Location

Disappointing The carpets are dirty with pet hairs. The entrance was dirty The 4 days I walked in I saw the same stains on the floors. Our room was never cleaned. I didn't even want to roll my luggage anywhere it feels dirty and is dirty especially coming up the stairs The location is great.

Very Poor The microwave refrigerator and tv didn’t work. The sink and tub drained slowly . I liked that everything was close by

I looked up your recent stay, and it looks like our front desk agent didn't annotate any issues you might have reported. Let me start by saying that it is unacceptable. . We will be working with our maintenance team to address the issue, so this doesn’t happen again.
Gross This place was filthy. No room service, had to get my own towels, toilet paper etc. Had to get rid of my own trash. There was trash piled high outside the front lobby. The floors were absolutely gross. The hallway carpets were covered in lint, trash bits and hair. The elevator and lobby tiles was dirty and wet from people walking around from the pool. I slipped going in to the elevator from the pool water on the floor. There was no breakfast, only a very small grab and go. The location was good.

Bad Stay was terrible, did not get room service the three nights we were there. No breakfast, tub would fill up while showering. It was terrible

Bad Our bed sheets had some blood satins on it. I went to let the front desk know. The guy at the reception desk handed me some new bedding and told me I had to change them my self because housekeeping was gone for the night. Our room sofas had so many satin on them and they just looked so dirty. We were so uncomfortable at our stay. Nothing, everything looked dirty and not taken care of.
