worst one yet in the past 2 yrs dirty rooms. walls were splattered, tub was old and chipping and had caulking peeling off. the room was a lot older than the pictures used on the listing, loud freeway noise. I could go on and on. not much

Try Another Spot Advertised a free airport shuttle but it WAS ONLY DURING SELECT HOURS which was NOT ADVERTISED. Had we known, I would have not booked this property. Two other airport hotel offer a true free 24/7 airport shuttle Close to the airport

Staff was great, other issues were off-putting. There was a horrible noise outside during our stay. Some kind of pump or fan, fighting for its life. It was loud and obnoxious. Fortunately, it did stop late night and didn't start again until morning. The TV remotes did not work and we could not change the station on the TVs. Changing batteries did not fix the issue. Housekeeping does not do its job. the bathtubs were terrible. I refused to take a shower in them. I took pictures and went to front desk. the grout around the tub was orange. The tub faucet was white with calcium deposit built up. And the rest of the faucet had bad water spot. The bottom of the tub had dark spots. In our COVID world that is not acceptable. The front desk personnel took me to 4 different rooms looking for one with a clean bath tub. we finally found one. Because of this I not book through you again. location

I consider the La Quinta hotel in San Antonio FAIR! Would never stay there again! First, I was assigned room 320. The entrance door to my room was loose would not lock well; so I complained and I was moved to room 230. It took me about 30-20 minutes to move all my personal items from one room to the other. I left my small 7 lb. Maltese dog in the room while I had to go attend a work meeting. Worst Hotel stay The first room we got was so dirty. The bed sheets and pillow had hair all over. The walls and livingroom furniture were full of stains. A good cleaning and painting could help. The 2nd room they changed us to was not much better at least the sheets were clean. The staff was friendly
