Excellent on all categories Pros: See abv Cons: Nada Location: Airport conveniounce Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast, especially the waffle cookers, hit the spot. Coffee and orange juice great. Will recommend to family going through the SAT.

I went to S.A. to visit a friend and stayed at this hotel. The rooms was very clean. Location was close airport. The pool is located outside. The hotel was under construction at the time. The employees were very nice and helpful. Overall it was ok.

I had to switch rooms twice because the rooms and the bathrooms were filthy. Hair all over the sink, the bathtub and the bed. I don't believe the sheets were changed. At six in the morning an employee was shampooing the carpet outside my room and banging the shampooer into my door. When I opened the door to question him, he began to shout at me about he was just doing his job. The staff at the...

Pros: Price was nice and also the rooms confortable. Cons: Breackfast It was a fast check inn and check out and also nice people. Clean. Close to the airport.

Very convinient for family vacations Pros: Location is very convenient Cons: Room cleanliness Location: 3 minutes to the airport, 5 to North Star Mall and 15 to all other important things to do in the city We stayed 7 nights, family with one girl 2 years old. The hotel has a very good location near to the airport and 15 minutes maximum (by car) of all important places in the town (Riverwalk, Six Flags, SeaWorld, Zoo, The Shops at La Cantera, etc), just 3 minutes to North Star. Didn't get water and cookieThey had stopped Shute , so I had to pay a crabby cab driver $15 for about a 7 minute drive.Water dripped in shower ,so. I put a towel under it so it would make noise
