Good La alfombra de los pasillos estaba sucia, los cuartos se veian bien, el desayuno muuy escaso, lo que más me desagrado es que ofrecen servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y al solicitarlo en la tarde como 7:00 pm nos informaron que solo había servicio de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm, al día siguiente que necesitamos el servicio a las 8:00 am nos dijeron que el servicio solo era por la tarde, total que en ambos casos tuvimos que pagar taxi. La ubicación y las camas bien.

I will never stay there again. The rooms were deplorable and the ice machine had mold and the tubs were filthy and the cleaning staff left a dirty towel on the shower rod. The manager had to switch me to another room, but the second room was not much better. The service that I received from the night manager and the desk clerk were awesome.

The first room we were put in had dead bed bugs on one of the beds. And the sink was clogged. We called and they moved u The cleanliness of the rooms and the room maintenance. The property as a whole was fairly clean. The staff was friendly.

Convenient location Showerhead needs replacement. Bathroom condition stained. Bathtub had chipped porcelain surface. Bed was not comfortable. Unsecured internet. Some of the staff curt in their interactions. No hot breakfast or areas to eat outside of room while other hotel we stayed in provided this. Location was good. One staff member helped with arranging transit to downtown.

Needs a room update The bed was well worn, no pad, hard. Pillows have seen better days...lumpy. Refrig and bathroom fan constant noise. Clean hotel, smelled nice, cleaning staff friendly, front desk 50/50.

Disappointing This place is so dirty as soon as you walk in the carpes are so dirty. Inside the room was also bad we found a roach walking around one of the beds and there was hair on one of the pillows. The restroom door was super dirty like if it’s never been cleaned. We wanted to leave as soon as we arrived but we couldn’t find no other hotel it was spring break so it was a busy weekend.

We do have a pest control company come in on a basis regular basis to ensure we are pest-free. We have put the room you were in on a maintenance status until the pest company comes and inspects the room.
