The whole hotel from the elevator n up was a strong unpleasant odor the whole hotel smell like mildew times 10 The dog next room was barking uncontrollably the room odor the fact the room was hot I was very uncomfortable The concierge they was really friendly at the front desk

Remember the Snowstorm! In the middle of unprecedented upheaval caused by the continuing snowstorm, the staff met the challenge with poise and determination. I was forced to stay extra days because I couldn’t fly home. They handled this situation well even as they were inundated with Texans fleeing their homes resulting from water and food issues. Well done, La Quinta/San Antonio airport staff!

Fine for overnight, esp when traveling with a pet. Looks like an older property for sure, but the real issue was poor care. Now, there was a gentleman making sure garbage was collected from the receptacles around the property, which I appreciated. But the 6th flr near elevators was never vacuumed the whole wknd, my room (639) showed signs of wear & tear and carelessness: someone left a used bottle of Listerine near the coffee maker, there were smears on some of the surfaces. Not what I hoped for. I was disappointed that they only had sack breakfast. I booked it understanding their has a real breakfast The shuttle is only from 12 to 8 pm I took Uber. I was disappointed needless to say That it was close to the airport
