Okay I had bed bug bites. The staff was outstanding and accommodating. The location is good if you want to be close to the airport.

Staff as friendly but the stay wasn’t great due to being a dirty rundown hotel. This hotel was so dirty. The lobby floor is dirty, the elevator floors disgusting. Hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Rooms were outdated and small. The bathroom was dirty with hair. Proximity to airport and free shuttle service.

We stayed in a motel in Dallas that exceeded this motel at a better price. No dislikes. This was an average hotel.
