Dirty floors ...beware if you have children...nasty floors! Dirty room floors ..uncomfortable beds ..over priced! Nothing was exceptional !
Horrible experience They gave away our room, tried to stick a family of 4 in a 1 bed kingñ and then lied to us about our reservation. The room also smelled of stale cigarette smoke, when we reserved a non-smoking room.

Poor Service both staff and cleaning, cleaning left trash cans full of trash after just making beds. I didn't like the staff's way of receiving me and my wife, (We are Seniors) and obviously La Quinta does not give preference to Seniors. First we were put on 4th floor, and not on first for better and more convenient loading and unloading,(no help on arrival from anyone to get to our rooms.), we received 110% better service at best western in Mexico and US.. Dirty The first room they gave me smelled really bad, like cigarettes, but they stated they are a non smoking hotel. The toilet had hair on the lid and the rim, the faucet had something that looked like dry snot on it, the desk was dusty, the tub had mildew. Nothing.
